In the state of Colorado, county jobseeker resources have been shut down outright, to make way for a state-wide tool called ConnectingColorado.gov.

Early in my exploration of the state of local employment, it was clear to me that tech jobs were either student startups that couldn’t pay anyone, or else they are behemoths, like Oracle, Palantir, Anduril, Hewlett Packard, Woodward, and a few more.

The hole in the distribution of company sizes is frightening.

TEKSystems has been sued before, for improper contract terms to depress the workforce. TEKSystems captures the income of the workforce and pays themselves, then you.

The workers at TEKSystems are illiterate in the technology workforce. They do not interview you, and they prevent their client companies from interviewing you. The agents do not know how to read a resume at all, and require buzzwords to comprehend the vicinity of your talents.
